TERMS OF SERVICE

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING OR PURCHASING A PACKAGE.

If a cancellation is made & there is no intent to re schedule you will NOT be refunded under any circumstances, A store credit will be offered to use on another package or a rescheduled time/date.

The arranged date of the photo shoot may be re scheduled due to poor weather or illness and will be rescheduled at Jessas Lens earliest availability.

If you purchased a package that is a special price, discounted price or a voucher there will be no refund if a cancellation is made, only a store credit will be offered to use on another package or a rescheduled time/date.

If you purchased a package that is a Special price, discounted price, voucher or normal shoot price and you have not made a booking or used your voucher within 12 months and our prices have changed you will be expected to pay the difference.

If you decide you are not happy with the photos provided by a Jessas Lens, there will be no refund. Please do your research before choosing Jessas Lens as your photographer.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

A date cannot be booked until a 50% deposit has been paid. Full payment is due 1 week prior to your scheduled booking. If you fail to pay the outstanding balance within a week of your scheduled booking, your photoshoot will be postponed and rescheduled at Jessas Lens earliest availability.

I understand that by proceeding with this Booking I am agreeing to all terms and conditions clearly outlined by Jessas Lens Photography.
